A side event is your own activation — a workshop, a launch, a closed dinner, a hackathon — recognised as part of AI Summit 2026. Four packages, from paperwork support only through to an event we co-organise with you end to end.
How the designation works. The right to describe your event as an "Official Side Event of AI Summit 2026" is granted by the organising committee after reviewing the content, the organiser, the venue and the format. It does not follow automatically from paying a fee, and the committee may withdraw it if an event departs from what was approved.
Fees are the organising committee's service fee, quoted per event. Venue, production, catering, equipment, media, contract staff, permits and other third-party costs sit outside the fee unless separately scoped and quoted.

The package fee is the organising committee's service fee. Unless separately scoped and quoted, none of the following is included in it:

Who you are contracting with. Side event agreements and the Official Side Event designation are issued by V Digital Concept, organiser of AI Summit 2026. The designation is not an endorsement by Exporum Vietnam, by any state body, or by any other organisation.
