Exhibitor prospectus · AI District

A stand where
the traffic already is

The AI District sits inside the AI Summit conference footfall — on the route delegates walk between sessions, not in a separate exhibition wing. Stands are 3m × 3m, and they are aimed squarely at AI companies, technology vendors and businesses putting AI to work.

Raw space, or ready to use

Take the floor and build what you like, or take a stand that works the moment you arrive. Both are the same 9 m² footprint in the same district.

Option A

Raw Space

9 m² of open floor. You bring your own stand design and contractor. The right choice if you already have an exhibition build, or you want a look that is entirely yours.

Why the AI District

Density beats square metres

In the conference traffic

Stands sit on the route between the Main Stage and the lounges. Delegates pass you on the way to every session, not on a detour.

The right crowd

The AI District is curated for AI and technology companies, AI startups and businesses deploying AI — so the people stopping at your stand came for what you do.

Matching, not just footfall

Every exhibitor gets access to the Business Matching area, where meetings are booked in advance rather than left to chance.

Two competitions on the floor

The AI Summit Pitch Challenge and the 22-hour AI Film & TVC Challenge both run alongside the exhibition, keeping the district busy across all three days.

Inside Smart City Asia

AI Summit is the flagship event of the Smart City Asia Hanoi 2026 exhibition at the National Exhibition Center, which brings its own visitors to the venue.

Leads you keep

Visitor registration support is included, and the lead data from your stand is yours.

Exhibitor questions

Before you book

How many stands are available?

Stand numbers in the AI District are limited and confirmed at the point of booking. We do not publish a live count — enquire and we will tell you what is genuinely available on the day you ask.

Can I choose my stand position?

You can state a preference on the booking form. Position is allocated by the organising committee once the deposit clears, taking sponsorship tier, sector mix and floor flow into account.

Can I take more than one stand?

Yes. Adjoining stands can be combined into a larger footprint subject to availability and floor plan approval. Tell us the total area you want and we will work back from it.

Is there an Early Bird rate?

Discounts may be offered in defined booking waves, at the organising committee's discretion. Any discount is confirmed in writing in your contract — please do not assume one applies.

What is the difference between this and a sponsorship pavilion?

A stand is exhibition space. A sponsorship package is a larger pavilion plus a speaking position, delegate passes, a business matching quota, lounge access and PR presence. If you want a stage position as well as a stand, look at the sponsorship tiers.

Do exhibitor badges include the conference sessions?

Exhibitor badges cover exhibition access and the Business Matching area. They do not include the 12 Signature Sessions — for those, your team needs an All Access pass or above.

Who handles stand construction?

For Basic Setup, the organiser provides the table, chairs and power connection. For Raw Space, you appoint your own contractor, working to the venue rules and the official contractor's requirements set out in the exhibitor manual.
