Three days where government, industry, technology and capital meet around one question: what value does AI actually create for Vietnam, and how do we put that value to work? 08–10 October 2026 at the National Exhibition Center (VEC), Hanoi.
AI Summit 2026 is organised by V Digital Concept and delivered by Fresgen, as the flagship event inside the Smart City Asia Hanoi 2026 exhibition organised by Exporum Vietnam.
Seven sponsorship tiers, from Coffee Partner to Title Partner — pavilion presence, a speaking position, delegate passes and a business matching quota.
Keynotes, panels, live demos and policy roundtables across three days — from AI ROI and agentic systems to compute, robotics, governance and quantum. Every session has to answer a practical question, not describe a trend.
The conference floor, the exhibition floor and two live competitions run in the same hall — so the people on stage and the people building are never more than a corridor apart.
The Main Stage is built for C-level, government and investors. VIP and Executive passes carry front-row seating and lounge access, so the people you want are reachable between sessions.
Meetings are booked in advance rather than left to chance. Sponsors submit a customer profile and the organising committee sources counterparties through industry associations before the doors open.
The AI District sits on the route delegates walk between sessions, not in a separate wing people never reach — curated for AI companies, technology vendors and businesses deploying AI.
A coordinated delegation tour, a CEO Roundtable and a Government & Executive Forum, with Day 3 dedicated to national policy, governance and frontier technology.
The agenda moves from international cooperation to national capability, then into enterprise application, infrastructure, governance and frontier technology.
How AI changes the way a business decides, and what infrastructure that requires. Opening, AI's Global Symphony, the real ROI of AI, agentic systems, and the compute, cloud and chips underneath.
Proof that AI is entering the economy, finance, the city and the capital market. Manufacturing and retail cases, humanoid robotics, agentic finance, AI for provinces — and the investor panel hosting the Pitch Challenge finals.
The national level: safety, law and governance, then AI × Quantum as the closing question — what should Vietnam build today to compete in the next decade?
Both run inside AI Summit across the three days, with their finals on the Main Stage.
AI founders pitch directly to investors and venture funds. Selected teams present on the Main Stage, with the finals staged inside Session 10 — The AI Capital Race — and an Investor Roundtable immediately after, where teams meet funds and corporate venture arms.
Teams produce a short film or a television commercial entirely with AI tools, inside a 22-hour limit. Work is created on site and screened on the Main Stage, judged on craft, storytelling and the intelligence of the AI workflow behind it.
Sponsor the stage, take a booth in the AI District, or run your own official side event inside the ecosystem. Each track is priced and scoped separately. All prices exclude VAT.
Seven tiers from Coffee Partner to Title Partner: pavilion space, a speaking position, delegate passes, a business matching quota, lounge and dinner access. Early Commitment −20%.
A 3m × 3m stand (9 m²) inside the conference footfall. Raw space at 2,000 USD, or ready to use with table, chairs and power at 2,500 USD.
Run your own event under the AI Summit banner, from permit support only through to a fully co-organised flagship. The designation is granted after review, not on payment.
Tell us your objective — leads, positioning, government access or recruitment — and we recommend a tier rather than selling you the biggest one.
Early Bird takes 20% off every list price during the window announced by the organising committee. Prices exclude VAT. Only VIP, Executive and All Access include the 12 Signature Sessions.
It is the flagship event of the Smart City Asia Hanoi 2026 exhibition, organised by V Digital Concept and delivered by Fresgen. It runs 08–10 October 2026 at the National Exhibition Center in Dong Anh, Hanoi, and brings together 12 Signature Sessions on an 800-seat Main Stage, the AI District exhibition floor, Business Matching, a startup pitch challenge and a 22-hour AI film and TVC challenge.
Smart City Asia Hanoi 2026 is the exhibition, organised by Exporum Vietnam. AI Summit is a distinct programme inside it, organised by V Digital Concept, with its own stage, its own exhibition area and its own agenda. Your AI Summit pass is what admits you to the AI Summit programme.
VIP, Executive and All Access all include the 12 Signature Sessions. Day Pass and Student/Startup do not — they cover the exhibition floor, Business Matching, networking and the Startup & Innovation area. If the sessions are why you are coming, take All Access or above.
The Early Bird window and its closing date are announced by the organising committee. Register your interest on the ticket page and we will tell you before it closes.
No. All published prices — passes, booths and side event packages — exclude VAT.
We announce a speaker only after a written confirmation is in place. Any organisation described as invited has not confirmed. The confirmed line-up is published on this site as agreements are signed, so please do not treat an invitation list as a programme.
Yes. Booths in the AI District are 9 m² (3m × 3m), sold as raw space at 2,000 USD or with basic setup — table, two chairs and a power connection — at 2,500 USD. Both include an exhibitor listing, the digital map, Business Matching access and exhibitor badges. Availability is limited and confirmed in writing.
Depending on tier: pavilion space, a speaking slot, delegate passes, a business matching quota, lounge and dinner access, and a level of PR and media presence. It does not buy editorial control — sessions stay independent and multi-sided, and no sponsor turns a session into a product pitch.
Yes, through the Official Side Event packages, which range from permit and paperwork support to a fully co-organised flagship. The right to use the “Official Side Event of AI Summit 2026” designation is granted by the organising committee after review of the content, organiser, venue and format — it does not follow automatically from paying a fee.
No. The Main Stage seats 800 and entry is first-come. Peak sessions may require advance seat booking, and overflow viewing with livestream is provided for the busiest sessions.
